Tali Temple
Tali Temple is one of Calicut’s oldest and most well-known temples, located near Mananchira Square. In the past, this location was the site of the Revathi Pattathanam, a yearly academic skills competition. The shrine is dedicated to Lord Shiva and has a two-foot holy Shivling. The temple’s architecture is typical of Kerala. Every day, the temple administration hosts five pious rites, as well as a weekly event during the Malayalam New Year.
Thikkoti Light House
The Thikkoti lighthouse, which is said to have been built on the bones of a shipwreck, is one of the greatest Calicut sites to see.
